In the ASH Login, students' login names are their student ID numbers. This is always displayed by default in email correspondence. In the webmail settings, you can change the display from student ID number to name to make it easier to identify the people involved in an email exchange.

When you log in to Webmail for the first time, you will be prompted to complete your sender identification:

The student ID is preset in the Display Name input field. You can enter a name here instead:

If you are already using the webmail service, enter your name under Settings - Identities - Display Name :

The name entered here will now appear as the sender's email address:
