• Students receive a print/copy credit of 250 A4 black-and-white pages or 75 A4 color pages per semester.

• Part-time instructors receive a printing/copying allowance of 200 A4 black-and-white pages or 60 A4 color pages per month.

• University faculty members receive a monthly print/copy allowance of 583 A4 black-and-white pages or 180 A4 color pages.

• Students who need to print or make copies as part of their work as student employees can request a credit from einkauf@ash-berlin.eu through their supervisor in an amount equal to their estimated needs.

Once your credit has been used up, you can purchase additional credit at a cost of 9 cents per black-and-white page / 30 cents per color page.

To do so, please transfer the desired amount to the ASH account:

Please include the following in the payment description: Increase Print Quota + Your Name (+ Your Matriculation Number).

Additionally, send an email to einkauf@ash-berlin.eu indicating that you would like to purchase print credits and stating that you have made a bank transfer to increase your print quota. This will help ensure that the payment is correctly assigned.
